Chaves Knives x Sam Tran The Arison Street Integral — Black Satin PVD Titanium

The Arison Street is Chaves Knives’ collaboration with Sam Tran (raven_the_pirate). This Black Satin PVD build is full stealth from tip to tail. The drop point blade is compound-ground from Bohler M390. As a result, it has a thinner edge near the belly for effortless slicing. It also has a reinforced tip for piercing strength. The whole blade wears a deep black satin PVD finish.

The handle is machined from a single billet of titanium. This integral construction means no scales, no liners, and no extra parts. Instead, one solid piece forms the handle, lock, and clip. Because of this, the knife has a rigidity and in-hand feel that scaled knives simply can’t match.

The frame lock, hardware, and pocket clip all share the same black PVD finish. So the whole knife reads as one seamless, blacked-out tool. Dual thumb studs also make deployment fast and ambidextrous-friendly.

A magnetic show scale snaps onto the show side of the handle. It pulls off cleanly, too. That means you can swap it out or send it out for custom engraving, all without touching the knife’s structure.
